MASTERS SWIMMING Prince George’s Sports & Learning Complex 8001 Sheriff Road, Landover MD 20785 FGAC’s Masters swimming is aimed at adults who are interested in swimming for either fitness or competition. Our objective is to provide a flexible, low key program, with coaching focused on technique and aerobic training as it applies to each individual’s needs. There are no requirements and participants will pay either a drop fee on a practice by practice basis or with a one-time fee for all practice times at a discount. Practices will be offered Saturday mornings and Wednesday evenings. Location The Prince George’s Sports and Learning Complex is located in Landover, adjacent to FedEx Field, home of the Washington Redskins. The complex houses a 50 meter indoor natatorium, with our practices being held in a 25 yard course. Cost $5.00 daily drop fee $75.00 one time fee for all practice times listed below Program Times & Dates Saturday morning 9:00-10:30 am Wednesday evening 7:00-8:30 pm
