In order for us to best serve your children, we need your trust. The best way to gain your trust is with open communication. For more information on programs: Swim Team Swim School Development Squad Summer Prep Master Program It is essential that our philosophy and methodology are clear and accessible to every member. We want parents and swimmers alike to align with our goals and objectives and believe in our ability to teach and lead. We are purposeful in what we do and want those who participate to share our passion for swimming and well-being. As program directors and coaches, we want to understand and respond to the needs of our members. Roster limits can help us manage pool space, but they also favor access and communication. The swim team features a team council, made up of all swimmers 13 & older, which helps to set goals, shape policies and conduct business. We disseminate important information for all programs with team emails and regular website updates. Swim team parent meetings are held on average two times a year. We have a comprehensive swim team directory as well, updated twice annually, putting program and contact information at your fingertips the old fashioned way…on paper!
